The belief is that if a policy is working under current conditions of reality then it should be left in place and if a policy is not working in current conditions, then all potential solutions are examined and analyzed. There is no uniform algorithm of ideals that is followed whether it be spending increases/decreases or taxation increases/decreases. The belief in the provision of choices involving social structures or events that occur along with associated factual information or recommendations provided transparent manner. The belief that government is an institution that should work for a fair, just, and peaceful world both at home and abroad as policies are changed or refined to adjust for the circumstances that do change.
